What size is the jersey?
As we usually have many of each jersey in stock our auctions are not for a specific jersey size. So unless otherwise stated, the winner will receive a random size from our stock. The most common sizes we carry are 48 & 52, but sizes can range from 44 to 56. If you wish you can request a specific size with payment and we will do our best to send it to you. Sorry, but as we have no idea who will win, how long it will take to pay, or which jerseys will be in stock when the item is shipped, we will not check stock in advance.

What is an "Authentic Style" jersey?
"Authentic Style" has become the standard industry term to describe a jersey that is made just like an Authentic jersey, but is not a true Authentic. As it is not a true Authentic jersey there is no tagging, therefore no brand name will be mentioned. But they are not considered a replica jersey either, as replicas have iron-on numbers and Authentic Style jerseys have sewn-on numbers just like the true Authentic jerseys do. Please keep in mind that an Authentic Style jersey is not licensed, therefore will not have any team logos, or the NFL shield, as this would be a violation of international copyright laws.

Is the item in mint condition?
MRAK Sports does not sell seconds or damaged items. All items have clean, smudge-free autographs on new memorabilia unless otherwise mentioned in the description. Please keep in mind that certain new items such as hockey sticks, bats and helmets may have slight irregularities caused by the manufacturing process.

What's the difference between Authentic items and other types?
The value of an autograph is not limited to the signature itself. The quality of the memorabilia should also be taken into account. An Authentic Jersey (the same make and type used by the players) costs twice as much as an Authentic Style, or up to four times as much as a replica. An Official NFL football is made of leather, as is an Official NBA basketball, indoor/outdoor balls are made of rubber. Game issue bats usually have the team name printed on them, cheaper models may not even have the players name printed on it. Authentic Football helmets have metal facemasks and real padding, replicas have plastic facemasks and Styrofoam padding. One is the real thing, just like they use on the field, the other no more than a toy! 
I could go on and on about the differences in quality, suffice it to say, you should do a little research before making your purchase. The premium items are considerably more expensive, and more desirable, as they are the actual items used by the players. So, if the make and type of memorabilia is not mentioned, ask before buying! If you don't, you may end up getting a $10 T-shirt instead of a $300 jersey!

Will you end the auction early?
It is against our policy to end an auction once it has received bids unless the listing is in error. As we often have many of each item in stock we may be able to fulfill your request without ending the auction,  just click here to email us a request at sales@mraksports.com.

Is the photo the actual item I will receive?
As we usually have many of each item in stock, we often use a sample photo. So, the position of your signature, issue number (when applicable) or jersey sizes may vary. You can be assured, the winner will receive a quality autograph, with authenticity, from the company mentioned.

Can you send me a photo or hologram number of the actual item?
We usually have many of each item in stock, and we do not know what will be in stock when payment arrives. So we cannot guarantee which exact item the winner will receive, therefore we cannot supply individual photos or hologram numbers.

Is it a Limited Edition?
We often offer Limited Editions for auction, these items will mention this fact in the auction description. If it doesn't say it's a Limited Edition then it is not.

I am bidding on a Limited Edition, can I pick the number I want?
Unless otherwise mentioned in the auction, the winner of a Limited Edition auction will receive a random number from the edition. If you desire a specific, non-premium number, you may request it with your payment. But as we do not know what will be in stock when payment arrives, we cannot guarantee you will receive the number requested. Sorry, but as we have no idea who will win, how long it will take to pay, or which numbers will be in stock when the item is shipped, we will not check stock in advance.

Is it framed?
We often offer framed photos for auction, these items will mention this fact in the auction description. If it doesn't say it's framed then it is not.

Does it come with a case?
We rarely offer free displays with our auction items, if it comes with a display it will be mentioned in the auction description.

I want a display, how much will fit on my nameplate?
There is not a set number of characters allowed on a nameplate, just remember the more characters, the smaller they are. We suggest no more than 2 lines with 30 characters per line.

AUTOGRAPH INFO
Does it come with a COA?
Most autographs from MRAK Sports come with a COA, please refer to the auction to see if one is offered. If there is none offered, none is included. All autos from Mounted Memories, Steiner Sports, UDA, Super Star Greetings and MRAK Sports come with their COAs. Please keep in mind that Tri Star and some items from private athlete's, such as Jerry Rice, Joe Montana and Willie Mays, come with only their personal holograms but they do not offer COAs. If these signatures were witnessed by a MRAK Sports agent you will receive the MRAK Sports authentication including COA.

Is the autograph real?
All autographs sold by MRAK Sports are original hand signed autographs, not copies, reproductions or facsimiles, unless otherwise mentioned in the auction.

Where do you get your autographs?
We do not get our autographs by harassing stars at their hotels, eating dinner or while relaxing on golf courses. All our autographs are acquired through private signings held by professional signing agents or nationally known, major authentication companies like UDA, Steiner Sports, Mounted Memories, Tri Star, etc... .

Do you guarantee your autographs are authentic?
We don't have to guarantee the autographs we sell, all come from major companies like UDA, Steiner, etc., and the autographs are guaranteed authentic by the company who witnessed the signing. Regardless we still guarantee the authenticity of every autograph we sell, and if any is judged not genuine by a nationally known authentication company we will refund the purchase amount in full within 30 days as outlined in our refund policy. Does it come with a signing photo?
We do offer signing photos with some of our autographs, please refer to the individual auction description. If there is no photo offered, there is none available. Please keep in mind all our autographs are authenticated with a COA from a major company. Signing photos are offered for entertainment only and are not supplied for authentication purposes.

Is the signing photo a picture of the actual item being signed?
If a signing photo is offered, you will find it says you will receive a photo of the athlete 'at the signing,' not 'signing the item you will receive.' Whenever possible, we try and take at least one photo of an athlete signing each type of item at every signing we attend. We then include a copy of this photo with the item. Please keep in mind all our autographs are authenticated with a COA from a major company. Signing photos are offered for entertainment only and are not supplied for authentication purposes.

Do you have this same item without the autograph?
MRAK Sports is an autograph company, so we rarely have unsigned items such as photos or jerseys. But, as we are a Riddell distributor we do offer unsigned helmets at a discount, just click here to email us a request at sales@mraksports.com.

Can I have the autograph authenticated when I receive it?
All the items we sell carry WITNESSED authentication from the top authenticators in the business, companies like UDA, Steiner, Mounted Memories, etc. This type of authentication, where the signature is actually witnessed by a reputable company representative, is the highest level of authenticity you can get. All items come with COAs and tamperproof Holograms from the company mentioned to assure authenticity.
Sending in an autograph to a company like PSA/DNA for authentication requires someone's opinion as to whether the autograph is authentic. This type of authentication is far less reliable and carries far less weight than the witnessed authentication from a major company. In fact, if you were to send a ball authenticated by Steiner Sports in to PSA/DNA, they would take one look at the Steiner Hologram and declare it authentic, and take your money for the privilege! This would be like getting a $100 bill at the bank then paying a coin dealer $20 to tell you if it's real!
All winners are of course free to send their autograph to a reputable authenticator, www.psadna.com or www.onlineauthentics.com are both reliable sources. If they feel your autograph is not authentic MRAK Sports will be glad to refund the purchase price in full within 30 days as outlined in our refund policy. Can you authenticate or appraise my autograph?
MRAK Sports does not authenticate autographs or do appraisals. The value of your autographs all depends on authenticity, if you don't have COAs from a major authentication company then the resale value drops dramatically. You can have your items authenticated and appraised by going to either www.psadna.com or www.onlineauthentics.com.

SHIPPING INFO
My Paypal/credit card address is a PO Box and UPS won't deliver there?
MRAK Sports ships via UPS ONLY! As we can only ship to Paypal Confirmed addresses this means we cannot accept Paypal payments with PO Box or APO/FPO addresses and they will be refunded immediately. Before making payment, please Confirm a physical shipping address with Paypal, or contact your credit card company to add an "Alternate shipping address" to your account.

Can you ship it USPS, or any carrier other than UPS?
MRAK Sports ships via UPS ONLY! Our warehouse is located in a remote region of the eastern plains of CO, and UPS is the only carrier that will make pick-ups in our area. So we are not able to accommodate any requests for pick-up service from other carriers.
Due to poor service from the Postal Service we will no longer ship USPS under any circumstances! Therefore we can no longer ship to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses, sorry no exceptions. We do apologize for any inconvenience.

Will a signature be required?
UPS charges $2.25 for their "Signature Required" service. If you would like to add this service please include an additional $2.25 and include the "Signature Required" request with your payment? Paypal regulations require a signature on all shipments over $250, so all packages paid for with a Paypal payment of over $250 will include UPS Signature Required service free of charge.

Can I combine shipping?
Whenever possible*, as a courtesy we will automatically combine shipping on items won on the same day by the same bidder! Items won on different days, no more than 3 days apart, will be combined on the winners request. Please request shipping discount before making payment, we will not combine shipping after payment has been received. Please remember that Top Loaders are included for protection during shipment, therefore photographs that have been combined may be shipped in a single Top Loader.
*Some items, such as pre-packaged displays and oversize items do not qualify for combined shipping. Shipping discounts are offered as a courtesy for bidders who make timely payment, if payment is delayed more than the 10 days allowed the discount is no longer available.
