Payment Policy
Auction winners must contact MRAK Sport within 3 days, and we must receive
payment by the terms of the auction within 10 days of the auction close.
Any transaction that does not meet these requirements is subject to
substitution or cancellation.
All Paypal payments must have a valid
shipping address as the Confirmed address, any invalid payments will be
refunded and may be subject to a processing fee that will be deducted from
the refund amount.
The minimum amount due on any unpaid
auctions will be the 15% refund/restocking fee as outlined in our Return
Policy.
Shipping Policy
MRAK Sports
ships via UPS ONLY! Due to poor service from the Postal Service we will no
longer ship USPS under any circumstances! Therefore we can no longer ship
to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses, we do apologize for any inconvenience.
MRAK Sports is an Internet only company, will call is not available.
All autographed items will be shipped
fully insured! Domestic packages ship UPS Ground, tracking # for all
packages shipped from our facility will be supplied by automated email, please make sure your email is set to receive
messages from ups.com. Rush shipping service is available, contact us for
rates.
MRAK Sports will not ship packages
COD, payment must be received and cleared before any item is shipped, sorry
no exceptions.
Credit payments will only be shipped
to either Paypal Confirmed or Credit Card billing addresses, sorry no
exceptions. As we do not ship to PO Boxes this address must be a valid
street address or the payment will be refused and alternate payment must be
arranged. All Paypal paid shipments valued at $250 or more will be shipped
with UPS "Signature Required" service added at no charge.
Shipping rate is for lower 48 only, please contact us for shipping rates to Hawaii, Alaska,
Guam, Puerto Rico, any other U.S. Possessions, and all international
addresses including Canada.
All items will ship within 3 days of
payment whenever possible, if stock issues cause a delay the customer will
be notified and alternate shipment will be arranged.
If delivery cannot be completed to
the address provided the customer is responsible for any charges incurred
by return or re-delivery. MRAK Sports reserves the right to refuse any
re-delivery attempts at their discretion. The item will be considered a
returned item and a refund less return shipping charges and a 15%
refund/restocking fee will be issued as outlined in our Return Policy.
Although MRAK Sports is not
responsible for items delayed, lost or damaged by shipping companies, we
will make all efforts to assist you with your claim (excluding incidents of
inclement weather or natural disaster). All insurance investigations must
be completed before any repairs are made, or any replacement or refund is
sent. All damaged items must be returned to UPS for inspection with the
exact same original packaging. As a courtesy MRAK Sports will file and
pursue your claim, but we will not be held responsible for any delays or
denied claims.
International Information
As we cannot confirm Credit Card or Paypal addresses for international
purchases, they must be paid for with certified funds by mail, sorry NO
EXCEPTIONS.
Shipping rate is for lower 48 only, please contact us for shipping rates to all
international addresses including Canada. All international
packages will be declared as merchandise at the purchase value. Please be
aware you are responsible for all taxes and brokerage fees! All
international packages will ship fully insured by UPS, NO EXCEPTIONS! We
cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPOs, NO
EXCEPTIONS!
Return Policy
Item can be
exchanged, within 30 days, if defective or not as described, full refund if
exchange is not available. Purchase amount less 15% refund/restocking fee
refunded for any other reason.
When MRAK Sports is at fault we will
email a return label through the UPS "Electronic Return Label"
service at our cost. We will not reimburse for any other shipping methods!
The returned item may need to be inspected before fault is determined.
Returned item must be received before a replacement can be shipped. Item
must be in original condition, with all original packaging, photos & COAs.
No returns will be accepted
unless we are first contacted for claim instructions!
Authentication
MRAK Sports only carries autographs
with witnessed authentication from the most reputable, nationally known
companies. Therefore we offer a full guarantee
on all autographs sold for a period of 30 days. If the autograph is judged
a forgery by a nationally known authentication company we will issue a full
refund as outlined in our Refund Policy. All original holograms, COAs and
signing photos must accompany the item in question. Please be aware that
MRAK Sports cannot be responsible for the maintenance or accuracy of any
other company's authentication system or database!
All autographs that carry MRAK Sports
Authentication carry the same guarantee for the life of the item! If any
errors exist with our system or database please contact us for an immediate
resolution.
Disputes and Feedback
In order to provide us with an opportunity to
resolve any outstanding concerns to your complete satisfaction, please
contact us before posting any negative or neutral feedback. If negative or
neutral feedback is posted before contacting us the erroneous feedback
issue must be resolved before any further action is taken.

By bidding on any MRAK Sports auction
you agree to abide by the conditions posted in the auction listing, all
MRAK Sports policies, and the rules and policies of the auction venue. In
addition you agree to settle any and all disputes in third-party mediation
via SquareTrade.com! All Claims between the parties must be resolved using
the dispute resolution mechanism posted. Should the bidder file any action
contrary to this, or the should bidders actions require MRAK Sports to
enter litigation, MRAK Sports can recover any and all attorneys' fees and
costs from the losing party, provided that the party seeking the award has
notified the other party in writing of the improperly filed Claim, and the
other party has failed to withdraw the Claim.
